How To Install Gimp Fonts
GIMP 2.x handles a variety of font formats, most notably TrueType, OpenType and Type1. Adding Fonts for GIMP 2.x¶ System-Wide¶ Most distributions will propose a large choice of fonts in their package manager. The easier is usually to install them this way. If the fonts are standard types for your OS (like TrueType or OpenType for Windows, Mac must have TrueType at least since Apple *invented* TrueType, etc.) then install them into your OS like any other font and restart Gimp. Now, to test the font, we must open GIMP. If you have GIMP already open you will need to close the program and open it again for the new font to appear. We will create a new document here and choose to enter some text, in the font area we will find the font we just installed and then start to type.
2.Go to 'D: GIMPPortable App gimp share gimp 2.0'(D: this is the root I've put it in.) 3. Make a new folder and call it 'fonts'. Put all your.ttf-files in this folder.

All you need to do is: add the fonts that you want to Ubuntu, and then you can use them in Gimp.
Rds lite download. RSD Lite stands for Remote Software Download, and it’s Motorola’s tool to install software or code onto an Android device. It’s an application you can download for free from several places, right here on our RSD Lite download page among them, and is a necessary tool.
Download the font(s) that you like, and once downloaded, you can double click on the font file, and that will open Font Viewer, just click on install, and you're done. Take a look at Dafont for a great selection of fonts.
